The physiological design of the human body for movement is by twisting through the center of our body. Learning how to move in rotation will improve everything that you do from walking, running, biking, swimming, tennis, golf, riding and more. This series starts out with basic rotation through your torso for walking and advances to rotation of each joint attachment throughout your body.
