Classes

People benefit from class sessions by becoming more aware of how their bodies move at any given moment in time. They reinforce their class knowledge of what they do to create stiffness and how to change it. It is an opportunity for people to fill their toolbox with practices that keep them flexible, balanced and vital.

The movements are meditative and create a sense of well-being and serenity often hard to achieve in other modalities when it is uncomfortable to sit for any length of time.

Classes help you to empower yourself to be pain free, flexible, agile and strong. What you learn in class can be applied to the rest of you day and life! The are not stretches or exercises, but practices that you apply to everyday activities.
